These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "Player", or "you") and mamak21 (hereinafter "mamak21", "we", "us", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the mamak21 online gaming platform accessible at mamak21.cam.

By accessing the mamak21 website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have read, understood, and agree to be unconditionally bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account if one has been created. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the mamak21 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The registration or operation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any Funds held therein.
• Personal Use: Your Account must be registered in your own name and for your own personal use only. Accounts registered on behalf of third parties or for commercial use are prohibited.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, director, agent, consultant, or immediate family member of an employee of mamak21 or any of its affiliated entities or licensed game providers.
• Accurate Information: All information you provide during registration and throughout the use of the Platform must be true, accurate, current, and complete.

4.1 Registration Process

To register an Account, you must complete the mamak21 registration form, providing your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, and any other information required at the time of registration. By submitting the registration form, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate and complete.

4.2 KYC Verification

Prior to making any withdrawal from the Platform, you are required to complete the KYC verification process. This typically involves submission of: (a) a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document such as a Malaysian MyKad, driving licence, or passport; (b) proof of residential address in the form of a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months; and (c) a photograph of yourself holding your identification document.

KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission. mamak21 reserves the right to request additional documentation where necessary. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. mamak21 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify mamak21 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.

4.4 Account Integrity

mamak21 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks at any time. Where fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise suspicious activity is detected, mamak21 may suspend or close the Account, void any outstanding bets, and withhold or confiscate any Funds pending investigation.

5.1 Permitted Use

The mamak21 Platform is provided exclusively for personal entertainment purposes. You may access and use the Platform solely in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You agree to use the Platform in a manner that is lawful, fair, and in accordance with these Terms.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, and you will not allow or enable any third party to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Use any automated software, bot, script, spider, or other mechanism to access, scrape, or manipulate the Platform;
• Engage in any form of cheating, fraud, collusion, or match-fixing in connection with any bet or game on the Platform;
• Exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Participate in any scheme to launder money or process proceeds of unlawful activity through the Platform;
• Register or use an Account on behalf of a third party, or sell, transfer, or assign your Account;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform;
• Engage in any conduct that disrupts, interferes with, or imposes an unreasonable burden on the Platform's infrastructure;
• Make any representation on behalf of mamak21 or hold yourself out as an agent, representative, or affiliate of mamak21 without written authorisation.

5.3 Consequences of Breach

Any breach of Section 5.2 may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, voiding of all open bets, forfeiture of Funds in your Account, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mamak21 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment methods: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, RHB Online, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), USDT, and BTC. The availability of any payment method may change without prior notice.

6.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for all Malaysian bank transfers, FPX, and e-wallet methods. For cryptocurrency deposits, the minimum equivalent is USDT 30. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and may result in the return of funds and account suspension.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) your Account must be fully KYC-verified; (b) any applicable Wagering Requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be satisfied prior to withdrawal; (c) withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name; and (d) mamak21 reserves the right to apply additional security checks to withdrawal requests.

6.4 Processing Times

mamak21 endeavours to process withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. Indicative processing times are as follows: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay — typically under 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers — typically 5 to 15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers — typically 15 to 60 minutes. These timeframes are indicative only and are not guaranteed. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

6.5 Currency

The primary account currency for Malaysian players is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. mamak21 does not guarantee any particular exchange rate and is not liable for fluctuations in cryptocurrency valuations.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and incentives offered by mamak21 are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions in addition to these General Terms. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotional terms and these General Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements are stated in the applicable promotional terms and are calculated as a multiple of the deposit amount, bonus amount, or a combination of both, depending on the specific promotion. Failure to meet Wagering Requirements within the specified validity period will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.

7.3 Bonus Restrictions

Bonuses are intended for personal use only. Any indication of collusion, abuse, exploitation, or manipulation of bonus terms — including but not limited to coordinated wagering to minimise risk while satisfying Wagering Requirements ("bonus hunting"), use of multiple accounts, or hedging strategies — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

7.4 Welcome Bonus

Welcome bonuses are available to new Players only. Each Player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once. The specific bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount, applicable minimum deposit, Wagering Requirement, and validity period are as stated in the current promotional material at the time of registration. mamak21 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without notice.

7.5 Birthday and Referral Bonuses

Birthday bonuses are credited to verified Accounts within the Player's birthday month, subject to the Player's current VIP tier. Referral bonuses are awarded upon successful completion of a qualifying referral, defined as a referred individual completing registration and making a qualifying first deposit. Bonus amounts are illustrative and subject to change. All bonus awards are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements.

8.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the mamak21 Platform are final once confirmed. A bet is considered confirmed when you receive an on-screen confirmation and a unique bet reference number. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player after confirmation unless expressly permitted by the Platform in relation to specific market types.

8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bet types and may vary depending on the event, market, sport, game, and Player account status. mamak21 reserves the right to alter stake limits at any time and to limit the maximum bet or payout amount available to any individual Player.

8.3 Errors and Manifest Mistakes

In the event that a bet is accepted by mamak21 due to an obvious error in odds, pricing, or game configuration (including but not limited to pricing errors, technical glitches, or feed errors), mamak21 reserves the right to void such bets and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. This right applies regardless of whether the Player was aware of the error at the time of placing the bet.

8.4 Result Disputes

The results of all games and sporting events settled on the Platform shall be final and binding. Where a genuine dispute arises regarding the outcome of a bet or game, you may contact mamak21 customer support within 72 hours of the result being posted. mamak21's decision on all disputed results shall be final.

8.5 Slot and Instant Game Fairness

All slot games and instant game outcomes are generated by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. RNG outputs are statistically random and independent of previous outcomes. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are indicative averages over a statistically significant number of game rounds and are not guaranteed for any individual session or Player.

All content on the mamak21 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, data compilations, and the overall design and appearance of the Platform — is the property of mamak21 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of mamak21.

The mamak21 name, logo, and all associated branding elements are trademarks of mamak21. You may not use any of these marks without the prior written permission of mamak21.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mamak21 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with: (a) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; (c) unauthorised access to or use of your Account; (d) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform; or (e) any errors or omissions in any content on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit mamak21's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12.1 Closure by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting mamak21 customer support via live chat on the Platform. Upon request for closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your Account (net of any outstanding Bonus obligations) will be returned to you via your designated withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12.2 Closure by mamak21

mamak21 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time and without prior notice if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) mamak21 is required to do so by law or regulation; (c) mamak21 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, collusive, or unlawful activity; (d) your Account is inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months; or (e) in mamak21's reasonable judgment, it is necessary to do so to protect the integrity of the Platform.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your Account for any reason, all licences and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Clauses which by their nature are intended to survive termination — including but not limited to those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute arising between you and mamak21 in connection with these Terms or the Platform, you should first contact mamak21 customer support to seek an informal resolution. mamak21 will endeavour to resolve disputes in a fair and timely manner. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures applicable to your jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent mamak21 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.

mamak21 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made to these Terms, mamak21 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by notifying registered Players via email or in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12.1.
